Ben Pirani Midwest Tour Media Dump
We knocked out 11 shows in 8 cities in 9 days – now it’s time to sleep in my own bed! I somehow became a gigging musician again after 12 years away from the road, but taking nothing for granted this go round and grateful for an opportunity to work on my craft every night. Had a great time groovin’ with Ben Pirani and The Means of Production. Salute all the homies who came out, Blueprint and RJD2, Rude 1, The Colemine Records staff for running a pro operation and having their studio and kitchen in the same room! All the DJs and opening acts + friends…too many to mention. We hit the west Coast in late April, UK in May. Till then, a new Du-Rites 7” and me soaking in epsom salt and enjoying a high thread count.
